We would like to have no payment tab selected by default in the checkout. The problem is, users are blowing through the checkout without reading and are paying using the default selected payment method. If no method was selected by default, the user would be forced to select one, therefore reading it, before continuing.

Unfortunately, it is not possible due to CS-Cart architecture
