I want to sell specific products on my cart, but under PayPal rules I'm not allowed to use their payment processor. Does anyone knows how to disable PayPal for specific products?

Unfortunatelly you can't disable PayPal for specific products by default. If you can't use PayPal for some products, probably the best variant for you is not to use PayPal at all and limit your payment processors to 2Checkout for example.
