Is there a way i can turn off the buying part op cs-cart? I dont want to close the complete shop (that would kill my google ranking), but i want to turn off the buying part.

Just disable your payment type
Add a quantity of zero to all of your products and make sure that “Allow negative inventory” is unchecked.
