If a customer buys a design from me like a heart and then later comes back to order the same file again is there a way to warn / alert them that they have already purchased said design?
I have seen this is another cs-cart but I am not sure if it is a feature of the cart, an add on, or if she paid someone to code that into the cart / site for her.

Unfortunately, there is no such a feature in CS-Cart. Do you think that you will have big amount of such orders?
