How do I email a user a link to download their digital good after the order has been processed? Currently it’s not doing it.

while creating product, did you attach the file ?
If no, than it is not possible to send the instant file immediately, you have to do this manually.
The product has been uploaded and is set to activate upon full payment. The only email that the users are currently getting though is the invoice for their purchase, which does not contain a download link.
