Different product position/popularity sorting for each category

Hi,

Is there a way to custom sort products in different categories?
I have a lot of products that belong to lets say 5 different categories, and because of that all 5 categories looks the same. On first 1-2 pages same products for each category.

Is there some addon for making custom look and product sorting/order for each category?

I am selling tiles, and categories are like, bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles…and there is a lot models that can be used for all purposes

Thank you for your answer, I already saw that but I need something like custom sorting, not default ones A-Z, Lowest price first…
Something like you can do with popularity of product mannualy, like if you want to promote few products to be on the first page, you can increase number mannualy and set default sorting to be Sort by popularity, and you will get the results. I need something like that but for each category.

Go to the Update category page and select the View product item in the gear icon

Then you will see the list of products from this category with the extra Position column

You can use it for custom sorting
