Having used osCommerce for a couple of years, I was very used to the way that each order has a history eg: when placed, when processed, when despatched etc.
The time and date of despatch was very useful as there is always a customer who hasn’t received his order and wants to know when it was sent. Is there a similar feature in CS-Cart?
