Description.tpl Showing

Hello all,



Please take a look at my screenshot that is attached.



In the blocks section of the product page (under description) it shows “description.tpl” as outlined in red in the screenshot. How to I get rid of this or cover it up?

Go look inside of your “description.tpl” file and check for the error… something should be commented out near the very top of your page … or post the contents up on here.

This is what I see in my description.tpl file:

( /skins/templatedesign/customer/blocks/product_tabs)

{* block-description:description **}



{$product.full_description|default:$product.short_description|unescape}

Your description.tpl looks fine… so lets check the template that is calling description.tpl … if you need to, go into debug mode so you can see the list

I have solved the issue and have tweeked the code to show what I want.

But why does my product quick search not show under the search bar… why does it show in the upper right of the screen???



Take a look… go to bigjmart.com.

then search “tomtom”

watch the results show, and watch them show in the upper right of the screen…

why???

Stay in debug mode and see what templates are displaying. Hard for me to figure it out but it looks like it’s a block that pops up on the right hand column
