Delete Vendor Account

Greeting,

I was notified that there is a new vendor account at my Marketplace, when I review this account I found that its active without any information or ability to delete it,,, how can I DELETE IT, And I wonder if it's kind of hacking or something like that?

it's just show the vendor name at vendor list, I can't found him at vendor management to edit or delete

I'm confused because there are many vendor application received and those three vendor is active without any information or ability to delete. it's 10 application three is shown as active.

I have delete them now from manage vendor, but how they become active XX
