Defer parsing of JavaScript

To improve speed GTMetrix suggests you defer parasing of javascript to your footer but… if i move all the javascript to the footer certain things do not work right. Has anyone been able to accomplish moving the javascript to the footer at all?

Bump

good question regarding the GTMetrix suggestions. Why hasn't this been answered yet? Its November…5 months later.

It is a good question posed to the Community (Hint: The answer is in the name). This is a Community forum, where users of the software help each other.

So the real answer is…
[]Nobody has achieved this yet

[
]Someone has achieved this and doesn't care to share

[]Someone has achieved this and isn't a member on this forum

[
]Other
What makes Community forums work successfully is members taking information and giving information in return. Why not let this spur you on to help the Community?

Despite the fact CS-Cart do have Support staff who occasionally come on the forum to help, their primary concern is Support Tickets. Submit a custom development request and they will confirm whether or not it is possible and you might just get lucky and get the solution for free…or a small cost.

Thank you for the reply Stellar, much appreciated.

After looking around the forums a bit, it doesn't seem to be a very HOT TOPIC and only a few in the forums have mentioned moving the scripts to gain speed.

perhaps in the long run…

Other = GTMetrix Grades are not quite as applicable to the CS-Cart architecture as it would seem.
