Can someone please explain to me the difference between Database vs. File System storage for my images?
Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each? And I would assume there would have to be particular advantages to each or they wouldn’t even offer an option.

The consensus for speed seems to favor the file system.
(as well as seo purposes IMHO)
I have seen others say to use “file system”, but why in the world would CS-Cart offer a “database” option if there is no advantage?
Advantage is that it’s more secure, especially for weak security webhosts.
