Database Backup In Backend- Where?

I'm hoping someone can refresh my memory as to where in the backend of 4.3.5 I can do a database backup. I have not done this in a while but I seem to recall being able to optimize, backup and download specific tables. All I see now is the ability to optimize. How do I backup and is there no facility to download table? Thanks for any help.
