I get this question a lot from customers, they want to be able to check their order status by logging into the store.
Is this not an option under the “my account” tab, or am I completely missing.
When I think about it I can picture a store without the ability to check the status of your order as a customer.

when they log in to the My orders section they should see the list of orders and their status as you have them set. i.e. open, pending,processed, complete etc.
