In my cs-cart multivendor instalation customers can go into a order with a cancelled status and pay it again (opening it up). I had cancelled the order because it was a fraudluant transaction. I should have disabelled the customer, that said if I cancel a order I didn’t expect it to be reopened.
Of course a vendor might cancel orders for a variety of reasons and disabelling a customer isn’t always the solution. Is there a way to prevent customers paying again/reopening a specific order (aside from deleting a order)?
