Hope you can point me to right direction.
My customers are not receiving any email notifications regarding their order.
The notification for customers are all ticked - Administration > notifications > customer notification
I, as administrator, are getting all the email instead.
Is there another thing that I need to set up?
Are you sending e-mail through mailphp, or through SMTP? (I'm talking about setting "Method of sending e-mails")
Then I'd suggest you to try to configure sending e-mails through SMTP. If you have a Google account, you can configure SMTP using it - here's a link to Google documentation: https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600?hl=en
