Customer Membership Discount? Can it be done?

Probably easy to do but how do I set up member discount ie:



I want customers to register with say a “club promo code” and they will get discount for that order and any made from there on?



Any help would be great :wink:

You can do this manually by creating a group in Admin->Users->Memberships and adding the customer to the group in Admin->Users->Customers and check the activate checkbox.



Then go to Catalog->Promotions and add a new promotion. Make the condition “User Membership” equals the group you just created. Make the bonus “by percentage of original price” and set it to whatever you want.
