Customer Group And Price Tracking?

We are looking at CS-Cart and one requirement we are examaning is the ability to track customers, track their specific pricing and account info and have it always available when they log in.

A few examples:

Joe Public wants to buy a bag of coffee. He goes to our website, sees what he wants, and buys a bag for 15 USD. The website forces him to log in (or create a new account). Since he’s an existing customer, it tracks that this is his tenth bag of coffee and tells him his next is free, would he like to add it to this order?

Josephine Grocery, our gourmet market distributor, needs to order forty bags of coffee. She comes to our website and logs in. It shows her order history and for any specific products she wants to order, it shows her her specific pricing, 10 USD, does not charge tax or shipping because she gets it delivered.

George CoffeeShopDude, wants to order three 5lb bags fo espresso this week, one 5 lb bag of Colombia Supremo. 5 lbg bags aren’t available to our retail customers. But they are available to any commercial vendors.

Are any of these scenarios possible? Are they easy to set up? Would it require any serious custom development at the front end?
