Customer Checking Out With Out Filling In Billing Info

Recently I have had customers who have been trying to check out without filling the billing or shipping information in and their orders have been failing.

Is there any way I can force the customer to fill the billing and shipping information in before trying to check out.

I have not had this problem until recently. V4.3.8

Hi there,


You can use cs-cart’s default feature profile field


You can goto administrator > profile fields

Then make required all fields that want .


Now click on save


Work done!!

I have them all marked for required but it does not work.

There must be some issue within your code.


Or it could be due to any add-on which is disturbing normal flow.


Re check all add-ons
If you want help then you can ask your developer to check your code.

Hello,

Try to disable the third-party add-ons that have been installed recently. Check the issue. If everything is ok, one of the add-ons has a mistake in the code.

Contact the developers, they should fix the code.
