Custom Content Block

Hi,

i've to manage a custom content block (max 3 item) with title, description, image and link (it's like a menù with description and image), can i add this fields and create a custom menù?

or can i manage this with "News" module and add link field?

I can't create html block in order to permit a easy way to manage it...
