Csv Export Turkish Character Problem!

When I take my products out as "csv export", the texts containing category, product name and other Turkish characters appear garbled.

cs-cart v4.9.3 sp1

Example:

Category

Otel Tekstili///Otel Nevresim Çeşitleri///Otel Nevresim Takımları

Product name

Nevresim Takımı Tek Kişilik 57 Tel

ğ, ü ş, İ, ç, ö

He cannot translate these letters!

yes i use multi language. The main tongue of the site is Turkish.

how can I do it ? I'm going to change when opening "csv" file. I do not fully understand ?

You could download "csv" file and check it. I also downloaded "csv" over sql, and the situation is the same.
