Does the monthly-plan for Customer Care Plus require a minimum term (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months), or can I subscribe for one month and cancel at the end of that month with no further obligation?
If I cancel after one month, will I be charged any early-termination fee, or will the service simply end at the next billing cycle?

Does this plan include the upgrade of CS-Cart itself to the latest version, or do I still need an upgrade subscription/license (and how much would that cost)?They say “We take care of the whole update process of your store…” for some plans

Does the Customer Care Plus plan include a full security/malware scan, removal of malware, and a detailed report explaining how my site was compromised and what was done to fix it?

They are very good on answeing questions and providing instructions on standard functionality.
I had data corrupted by a bug and they fixed thst up which was awsome.
I found many of my issues came rom third party add ons and these are not covered.
I asked for about 20 modifications, almost all were deemed to complex and not included.
You will also need an upgrade subscription if you operate a on premises/lifetime licence.
Performance checks includes testing your store functions normal and relevant tips.

I definitely needed it for first 18 months, probably wouldn’t still be runnung if I didn’t have their help via customer care starting off.

You can cancel the subscription anytime in your Help Desk account. It will stay active for the paid period and will not be renewed afterwards
The plan includes the upgrade service from our team (we can install CS-Cart upgrades for you). However, it does not include an access to newer CS-Cart versions for your license.
If the website got broken due to a hacker’s attack, we troubleshoot the issue, examine the core files of the CS-Cart installation and fix them to recover the store. All the changes made on the server are reported in the ticket. We do also check if the store is configured properly and provide recommendations to prevent security issues in the future.
Virus and malware scanning is not included in our services as we don’t have the scanning tools out-of-the-box. As rule, such tools and services are provided by hosting.
