Is anyone else having trouble logging into marketplace.cs-cart.com? When I try to log in using my help desk account, it redirects to another log in “Connect social account” whereas I have no idea what credentials to enter.
Is anyone else having trouble logging into marketplace.cs-cart.com? When I try to log in using my help desk account, it redirects to another log in “Connect social account” whereas I have no idea what credentials to enter.
I got around it by using the “Forgot your password?” When I was sent the change password link, I selected the “Link to help desk” and now I can access my account.
