CS-Cart Went Blank Overnight

Hi guys. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Sometime overnight the cs-cart portion of my website quit working. The site is white and shows nothing. For the front end pages the url is the same.

For the back end the url is now this:

~/admin.php?cs_cookies[acsid]=9ce0cea37c9d1905fe4d347082700c2c&cs_cookies[cart_languageA]=EN&cs_cookies[secondary_currencyA]=usd&cs_cookies[csid]=435f2d75ba0d456321d6e40bf01844ef&cs_cookies[cart_languageC]=EN&cs_cookies[secondary_currencyC]=usd

When I look in the FTP folder the skins, var, images, and catalog folders were all modified yesterday evening.

the url is [URL=“https://assuredbio.com/order.html”]https://assuredbio.com/order.html[/URL]

I am completely at a loss. Can anyone provide me any guidance?

Thanks,

Brad

turn off the statistics addon.

I didn’t turn it on, as far as I am aware…at least I didn’t change anything recently.

How can I turn that off from the files in the FTP? What file is it in and what parameter?

Thanks for the suggestion!

Brad

the site seems extremely slow, and I can see it’s loading everything under the sun like google analytics to chat, ect…I’m guessing something is conflicting with the cs installation and causing it to go blank…

thanks for the suggestions. I had the hosting company look at the server side and they mentioned nothing changed and no maintenance since May 21.

You can access the cart without being in a wrapper here: [URL=“https://assuredbio.com/store/index.php”]https://assuredbio.com/store/index.php[/URL]

There’s nothing extraneous loading there. Is there a way I could reinstall the core and keep the data and skin modifications I’ve made? Anything else is could be?

don’t get ahead of yourself

Addons via Settings - Addons

Untick statistics and update the page.

This will stop your urls parsing as
http://assuredbio.com/store/index.php?cs_cookies[cart_languageC]=EN&cs_cookies[secondary_currencyC]=usd&cs_cookies[csid]=1911dcc5f8bcd42cdb4dad9e153db7dc

In fact turn all addons off as you obviously are not using them, it will have the cart load a lot faster.
