When "Allow users to create multiple profiles (shipping and billing addresses) for one account "
is checked the checkout style is “Multi Page” on step 2. address when i click “create a new profile”
the ajax loading icon appears at the top of the page but nothing even happens. It just stops.
Is this a bug? Anyone else have this problem?
You need to start by checking your error logs.

CSC support said its a “known bug”. I recall it existed in 223 as well but i didn't mention it cause
i hadn't gotten to the point of working on that area yet for my skin.
Same here loosing a bunch of sales that way!!
