Just a quick question on CS-Cart support. What is the support time when CS-Cart support is active? Is it 24 hours or Mon-Fri during specific hours?
Our support team guarantee you a reply within one business day. If you ask us during our working hours (we work Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. at our local time, our local time is GMT+4), we usually answer you within a few hours. If you post your request on Friday evening or during weekends - generally, you should expect our answer on Monday. However also we work on Saturdays and Sundays, but only during the first half of the day.
