hi ive tried to contact cs-cart addons chat for over a month but no reply despite intial reponse (attached screenshots)
Use “Ask a question” on the addon page or “Messages” page after login.
Why not just contact the developer directly by email? Addons have developer details. The chat is probably just for decoration.
the developer was simtech (now under cs-cart add-ons) hence direct query
