As topic title . I uploaded 940 x 400 banner but looks smaller then real . 470 x 200 How Can I fix .

That was problem "I uploaded 940 x 400 but something cropped automatically half size…



I upload right size.



I looked up configuration for banner size. But I didn't find anything about configuration banner size.

Not sure if this bug has been fixed, but there was an issue in 4.0.1 where the 'HiDPI displays support' addon caused the behaviour you describe. The image should be automatically resized only if the grid in which the banner block resides is smaller than your original image size. IE. If your banner block is in a 16 grid size, the banner image should be resized to 940px wide. Try disabling the HiDPI displays support addon and re-upload your banner image with a different file name (ie. change the filename from peruk.png to somethingelse.png before uploading).

you are absolutely right . That problem couse "HiDPI displays support". I disabled.

My problem solved.

Glad you resolved the problem, but I noticed you are running 4.0.2 which means this bug still exists.

This bug still exist in 4.3.5. Homepage Banners cut in half.

Is the hdpi addon enabled? If yes then disable. Otherwise I have faced also such issuse. You need to replace the image directly on the server. Check the banner url and place the image in the proper place.
