CS-Cart 4.14.3 SP1 cannot add new product!

Hi,

After install the update version CS-Cart 4.14.3 SP1, today I tried to add new product but could not get it to work.

  • Category doesn’t seem to work “Categories to be displayed in the navigation breadcrumbs.”
  • Adding image also not working: cannot drop image, when select iamges from server or address no repsond or nothing happened.

Finally, when I clicked on Create a 404 page not found displayed.

Any help would be appriciate.

Thank you for your reply.

I was using the 8.1 version when I first tried to add new product. Then I changed it to 7.4 and nothing changes.

Please change to php 7.2 and show any screenshots with errors.

I just switched it back to 7.2 and it said page isn’t working. PLease see the file attached.

When I switch it back to 7.4 it let me back in.

Hi Robert,

I found the problem which was the editor that installed to the full description field.

It was a custom one I believe, and it was out of date. I removed it and just use the one that came with the cs-cart.

Finally, it works.

Check developer console of your browser for errors. Looks js error breaks something
