CS 3.0.3 - Image Verification Displays then Dissappears

Good Morning,



I did a search and did not find anything that matches the issues I am having specifically so I’m posting it.



I have CSC Pro 3.0.3 installed on an ip based preview URL ([url=“http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/freetype.php”]http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/[/url]) while I am developing it for a client. Things are going well, however I noticed that the Image Verification will show initially on the page with a custom form and then the image breaks when the page load completes. As an example I am looking at the following Contact Us Page [url=“http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/index.php?dispatch=pages.view&page_id=30”]http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/index.php?dispatch=pages.view&page_id=30[/url]



I have confirmed that PHP has been compiled with Freetype Support

Anyone have the time to give it a look?

Seems ok to me using Chrome

I can see [url=“http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/freetype.php”]http://108.167.175.198/~rightawa/[/url] page at IE,Opera, Chrome, and Sarari. The only problem is on the Firefox which I only saw “FreeType Support Enabled” message.

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]What version of Chrome are you running? I was actually looking at in Chrome[size=4] [color=#303942]Version 22.0.1229.79 m and it is breaking for me.[/color][/size][/font]



[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4][color=#303942]Firefox, IE and Safari render it just fine as[/color][/size][/font]

Not sure if I had the same problem, however in my Image Verification settings both image width and height were empty. Once I set both values the anti-bot image appeared again.

I am having the very same issue as ticeholdings. in fact my situation is also the same; I have CS-Cart Pro 3.0.3 installed on an ip based preview URL (http://72.167.47.169) while I am developing it for a client. I have checked the Verification settings and nothing I try seems to fix the issue. I have tried different browsers, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome and the problem is consistant with all 3 browsers. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you ever fix this as I have just had my server upgraded and the image verification has also disappeared like in your screen shot
