Countries Removal Not Just Disable

Hi,



How can I remove unnecessary countries under Shipping & Taxes, Countries? They are all disabled but I want to remove all of them except for my country.

All countries are stored in the cscart_countries table in the database. If you change it, do not forget to make a backup.
