Since upgrading to 2.2.1 we have get a page that just says “continue” and that link takes you to the correct next page
It seems to happen on the customer side when switching to a secure page or when the user did not use the sub-domain (www)
It also happens more frequently on the Admin side, it seems like almost everytime the database would be updated
Any ideas what is wrong??

At me the same problem, the decision it is found?
Bumping this as this just started happening on my site. We are running 2.2.3.
When adding to the cart it goes to a blank screen with continue on then 10 seconds later goes to the page.
Also happens when typing the URL without the www.
Any ideas?
We tried clearing the cache but came up with these errors:

Same problem here, on a new install of 4.2.3. It appears for customers and admin usually at random, and doesn't seem to matter which page or if ssl. I tried turning off SEO add on, and have cleared the cache many times (this has persisted for days now). Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
