Contact us after upgrade to 1.3.4sp3

I’ve just managed to upgrade from 1.3.3sp2 to 1.3.4sp3, but any messages from the contact us form come through as :

Hi Andy, i can’t remember which files were the problem, but i used winmerge to compare the latest files with those on the server and found a couple were different.
