Connect footer link with page?

How can I connect the links in the footer correctly with the created pages?

As exmaple:
I have in the Footer About us.

And i have create a site About us

How can i connect now the About us page with the About footerlink?

Add the page url with the proper page id.

index.php?dispatch=pages.view&page_id=xxx

i have solve it now with url. is this also a good way or its better to use it with page id?

Either seo or non seo name is fine.
