Message center module provide 2 types of communication

1. vendor to customer

2. vendor to admin

what i want is direct customer to admin communication from customer side.


In case when Customer-to-seller communication option is enabled, the communication thread with the customer will be available for both vendor administrator and marketplace administrator.

Also, you can give a try to the built in add-on Re:plain Telegram chat, it will allow your customers to contact directly with those chat operators, that you will add manually.
