Is there any way to set up a combo deal in CS-Cart? For example, we have Product A that costs $199 and product B that costs $29.99, but if you buy them together, we want product B to be $19.99.

You are able to set up CS-Cart in this way.
Please click on the “Promotions” link in the “Catalog” sidebox (if there is no such link there you should enable the “Promotions” addon in the “Main” tab on “Addons” page). Then you should create a promotion using the “Add new promotion” form, click on its “details” link. After that click on the “Conditions” tab and create a condition selecting " (Purchased products) " in the “Condition” option and your “A” and “B” products. Enter a condition name into the “Condition name” input field. Click on the “Update” button. After that open the “Actions” tab and define the desired discount to the “B” product in the “Discount on products” section. Then tick off the checkbox in the “Avail.” column, then click on the “Update” button. After that click on the “Condition rules” tab and select the created condition in the first select box and click on the “Save condition rules” button.
