Hi, does anyone know why the clients that purchased from me for some reason dont show up on the email list when I want to send a newsletter>?

You need to set up a mailing list and then enable the option to allow people to sign up. You can do this with a block and/or during checkout.
People are supposed to be able to choose to be added to your mailing list, not automatically added.
I think there is more information in the knowledge base about this.
