Sometime within the past two days clients lost the ability to login to their accounts. We cannot login to the admin area, either. I submitted a trouble ticket to my host a minute ago.
The error we get states that the username or password is invalid.
Sounds like that could be a big problem… or perhaps a simple one.
Anyone have any ideas what might cause this? Loss of a dedicated IP, database connection??
Thanks in advance.

This did not solve the problem. The problem must be present on the server only.
I also cleared the compiled data from the var folders.

PM me a login for the administration backend,
If I can login it’s browser based, otherwise it may be system security. J.
I logged in just fine.
The delay between post & login was approximately 3 seconds. Looks like your server is very slow and/or is misconfigured.
