Checkout. / Gateway service unavailable Error

  1. If an order is supposed to be completed, the order does appear under “Orders,” but as a customer, I receive the following message upon completion:
    index.php?dispatch=checkout.complete&order_id

  2. Additionally, in the admin panel, when attempting to edit the order, I encounter this error:
    dispatch=order_management.update

Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you very much for your message and your willingness to help. We reinstalled the original CS-Cart addons from an old backup, and it works again. I don’t know what caused the issue, but everything is working again now. Thank you once again!
