Chat For Cs-Cart Developers In Slack

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find the easiest and effective way of communication between CS-Cart team and developers. At the moment I'm considering Slack which is a great solution for coders.

To get invite please send me a private message on this forum containing your email (I recommend to use the same email as you use in help desk)

There are no rules yet, I think we will make them during communication.

At the moment there are several channels:

news - here CS team will post any news that important for developers

development - to discussion any technical questions

russian - same as development but in Russian.

cscart451 - to discuss 4.5.1 features, bugs, thoughts

Important note: the best way to use Slack is to install its desktop client (even though Slack works fine in the browsers). Here in Simtech LTD we use Slack as in-company communication system along with Gmail.

After you accepted the invite you can open chat by this link: https://cscart.slack.com

I would go with Podio because it can do what Slack can plus a lot more. Just create a workspace, and start inviting: https://podio.com

Unfortunately we already use Slack. no plans to migrate at the moment.
