Is it possible to change the page which shows up when a search results in nothing found
It says
No products found matching the search criteria
I would like it to say something else as well and even maybe include an email link to tell the customer to contact us

Just modify the language variable text_no_matching_products_found and put whatever text you want in the value field.
Many thanks whiplash. Does the job perfect. Don't know why I did not check that section first. I checked everywhere else.
