When creating a new product I sometime forget to check the Taxes checkbox and only realise when a purchase has been made that no VAT was charged. How can I set this so it is always checked by default? Thanks.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in the current version, you can try to use Global update and file import to assign VAT for the whole batch of products. But if you want VAT check-box to be checked by default for each new product, we can implement such a feature for you personally.
