when i change my dashboard language to NL
There are some fields still coming in english
how can i change them?
Administration → Statuses → Order statuses
Just change the name of corresponding statuses in your language

I want to change the PRODUCT DETAILS and the REVENUE text too
Try to find corresponding language variable on the Administration → Texts & languages → Edit texts page
