Change currency

Hi,

I am trying to change the currency from $ to Euro, on the ‘shipping Options’ on the main page of my shopping cart. I have gone through all the options, and even tried configuring the ‘block’ to change it. Do I have to edit the code, or is there an easier way, that I am missing out on? Following is a sample of what I am trying to change.
