The customer info page is seriously lacking. When a customer is clicked it shouldn’t take you to edit their info right away. There should be a stats page for them. If you want to know their orders, it takes you to a order search. Having to go all around to search for a customers info is a PITA.
The customer stats page should have stuff like how long they’ve been a member, nicely formatted. All their order numbers, how much they’ve spent, their current cart, their wishlist. Time since they last logged in. And lots of other stuff I probably haven’t thought of yet.
