Make the following: Admin - Design - Skins
Choose a new skin - save. Now it should work.
You can choose your old skin. Hope it helps.
My new Shop 2.0.9 is online with all products

I have a simular problem but not the same… I see products and categories just fine, but the “Product details page tabs” section and anything below it doesn’t show up when you view a product. No tabs.
How do I fix this? Just updated 2.0.8 to 2.0.9 and this happened.

This is what I have noticed to work while testing.
If you log out of admin then log back in. Then look at your store front. The products then show up along with the categories. Some kind of cookie issue.
I have the same problem, on the product detail page I lose the lateral categories.I have clean my cache, i have install a new template, nothing change.
I have noticed also than I can’t change the language in the front end !!! always in french, impossible to be in english !!!
