I have location blocks for Categories.
So i would like to have different block each categories.
What have I done?
I went inside the categories, then blocks, then i have add a banner inside an existent banner block.
The block says: This block content will be shown on this page only.
But actually it is added but nothing is showed.
Where is the error?

What do you mean "I have location blocks for Categories."
Are you asking about displaying banner block within another block.?
That for categories i dont use "DEFAULT" Location, but I use "Categories" Location.

The block with banners is common for all categories, but you can specify different banners for different categories using this block. If the banner is not displayed, please make sure that the banners is active and banner image is uploaded for all languages.
Is this banner active? Did you clear the cache after applying a new banner? Does this 'Banner' block has the 'Manually' filling selected?
