I have some old categories that have been disabled that show the catalogue/products list OK for the side box however…
The “Catalogue” links that have been disabled are STILL showing in the Top Menu.
Could someone please help wrt fix the mis-match in the two catalogue/category lists please?

Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you what exactly caused this issue. Please try clearing the template cache first. To do it, open in your browser: http://www.your_doma…om/admin.php?cc, where www.your_domain.com is the address of your store and admin.php is the new name given to the admin.php file. Before clearing the template cache you should be logged in to the administration panel of your store.
Also please try clearing cache of your browser (use the CTRL+R and CTRL+F5 key combinations).
If these actions do not help you, the problem requires examination on your server… Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
