Please welcome our new Tags for Users and Orders add-on!
The “Tags for Users and Orders for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor” add-on is a convenient tool for internal segmentation of orders and customers by any criteria. It adds tags to orders and customer profiles, displays them in lists, allows filtering by tags, and lets you manage all unique tags on dedicated administration pages. With its support for tag import and export, the add-on is well-suited for large-scale projects.
It’s a useful tool for improving manager efficiency, customer analytics, and business process automation.
Tags for Orders
Add Tags on the order details page in the administrator or vendor panel.
View and edit all existing order tags on a separate order tags management page. This page lists all tags with the number of orders they are applied to.
When a tag is deleted from the system, it is also removed from all related orders.
Control the visibility of tags in order lists by switching the “Display in order list” status.
Use advanced tag search — multiselect allows finding orders that match selected tags.
Tags for Users
On the customer details page (under the Add-ons tab), a new Advanced Tags section is added.
View and edit all existing customer tags on a separate tag management page. This page lists all tags with the number of customers they are assigned to.
Control tag visibility in the user list and remove tags from all customers if needed.
The advanced user search now includes a Tag filter (multiselect).
Management and Autonomy
A unified tagging system without the chaos of manual notes. All order and customer labels are formatted as searchable, sortable tags that can be shown or hidden in lists and bulk deleted.
For marketplace administrators, a shared tag list is implemented, which does not include vendor-created tags. Each vendor manages their own independent tag list.
Import and Export
Tags can be added through the import and export of orders and users. This allows bulk updates or transfers of tag information without manual editing.

The add-onis especially useful for marketplaces and online stores with a large number of orders and customers, helping administrators solve tasks such as:
- Preparing datasets for marketing and analytics
- Filtering customer and order databases
- Customer segmentation (e.g. VIP, Wholesale, Problematic)
- Internal order classification and prioritization (e.g. Urgent, Verify data, Possible duplicate)

Hide From Bots add-on version 1.0 is compatible with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor versions 4.17.x - 4.19.x.
