Account Merging in a Couple of Clicks
Merge any customer accounts directly from the admin panel — from the customer list or user profile page. Simply select the main account and add the profiles you want to combine.
Comprehensive Data Transfer
All related data — orders, reward points, user groups, and more — are transferred to the main account.
The merged (secondary) account is automatically hidden to keep your database clean.
Detailed Logging
All merge actions are recorded in the default CS-Cart logs.
Orders get automatic comments indicating the account merging activity.
Customer Notifications
Customers receive a customizable email notification when their accounts are merged. Notification templates are fully editable.
Smart Search and Hidden Account Management
The extended customer search now includes a “Merged” checkbox to easily find hidden accounts.
Each merged account includes a reference to the new active profile.

If an account has already been previously merged, all its child profiles and related orders are automatically linked to the new parent account — maintaining a clear data structure.
