Knowledge Base add-on allows you to create knowledge bases for staff in the admin panel. You can post all the necessary information in them: instructions, regulations, explanations, answers to frequently asked questions, links to any sources.
CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor have very rich functionality. Add the fact that each online store has its own business processes and internal instructions, and you will get a fairly large amount of knowledge that can be difficult to quickly acquire and always keep in mind even for an experienced user.
The knowledge base of the online store will let you have all the necessary information at hand, right in the administration panel, just choose pages in the administration panel to display your knowledge base.
While creating a knowledge base, you can include all the necessary information in it:
- links to internal and external resources
- photo and video materials
- instructions and regulations
- reference information
- answers to frequently asked questions for your employees and what not.
- Knowlege base sectios to keep it structured;
- Ajustable Knowledge base button position;
- Ability to add any content you like to the knowledge base: page, internal or external links, Html content, Blog Pages;
- Knowledge base access restrictions for a group of users or specific users;
- Ability to select pages to display the Knowledge base;
- Ability to display the Knowledge base in the admin panel of a specific Vendor or all vendors (in the Multi-Vendor version);
- Integration with the Cart-Power: Power Blog add-on - the ability to place the Power Blog page in the Knowledge base section.
Knowledge Base add-on version 1.0 is compatible with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor versions 4.10.1 - 4.16.x.
